Meet Rue!

At the time I’m writing this, I’m listening to the happy squeaks of a 5-month-old berner pup playing with her toys in our living room. We brought Rue home at the end of October (on my birthday no less!) and she has been a complete and utter joy. 

Rue is silly and smart and has a love for snacks that is unmatched. She does have some hesitation when it comes to new experiences, but I have no doubt that with some time and training, she’ll become an excellent adventure buddy! In our short time together Rue has already gone on her first road trip, has had several sleepovers at our friends’ homes in Coeur d’Alene when we go to visit, and has played host to many of our friends who have ventured up north to stay with us. 

She loves to work her mind and has already mastered commands like sit, paw & other paw, high five, and is currently working on lay down, spin, and stay. We’ve been absolutely in love with her since day one and can’t wait to show her all our favorite places.
