Kyle's doin' 29 right

Cheers to Kyle’s 29th

So far, Kyle’s 29th year is off to a amazing start and I hope the momentum continues. In the six short weeks since his birthday, he’s flown a small Cessna, completed a half Ironman, biked the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier, and is now completing a motorcycle trip to Alaska and back. Not bad, eh? For Kyle’s birthday this year, I wanted to do something special because 29 can sometimes be one of those “Meh” birthdays for people.…

Why I Bike

All images for this post courtesy of the Coeur d'Alene Bike Co. Brad was there as a guest, and Danielle was the “hired help” for the evening. “I saw Brad when I walked in and remember thinking how cute he was,” she reminisced as we strolled along the shore by Higgins Point. “I was determined to be professional and not make contact, but then he…

Life Lately

Hard to believe it's March already. I realize February is a short month, but it feels like we skipped a week or two rather than just a couple days. Around here it's been business as usual - meaning nothing too exciting. All of the pictures for this post are from either mine or Kyle's phone - so I apologize for the image quality - but hey, that's life sometimes.  We finally made it over to try Daft Badger off of…
